New Sandy Stretch Routine with Karena!

Good morning gorgeous! And happy Tone It Up Tuesday! You have been absolutely on 🔥 🔥 🔥  with your Bikini Series workouts! You’re feeling toned, sculpted, and energized. You’re getting stronger with every workout, nourishing your body with your Bikini Meal Plan, and becoming more present and mindful in each moment. Today we want to take some time to slow down and stretch…something we as women need to do more often! You know how much I LOVE stretching! Today’s routine is the perfect deep stretch to lengthen your gorgeous muscles. All you need is a mat and a small towel to help you deepen your poses even more. As you do this routine, focus on your breath and sending oxygen to all of your muscles. You’re going to feel so rejuvenated!

Can’t believe the series is almost over I’ve been enjoying it so so so much 💕 people ask me all the time as a new mom how do I find the motivation since she’s been born to workout and the answer is Always Always Always “ Katrina and Katrina implementing the new mindful Monday meditations to my life has also been so incredible. I keep finding myself whenever I feel overwhelmed going back to those meditations and feeling the same way your workouts make me feel * brand new and resilient AF ! :) anyways, I’m rambling… this stretch was perfect, thank you! 🙏🏻

  2. I’ve been loving this bikini series! K &K are so fun and silly, I love their Joy that radiates from them! All the other trainers are amazing as well, and kicking my butt. I love the definition that I’m starting to see on my body! It’s also so good to see you on the beach and not in the walled, white studio. There is just something so serene about the beach. Keep up the amazing work ladies!!!
