Today we want to take some time to slow down and stretch…something we as women need to do more often! You know how much I LOVE stretching! Today’s routine is the perfect deep stretch to lengthen your gorgeous muscles. All you need is a mat and a small towel to help you deepen your poses even more. As you do this routine, focus on your breath and sending oxygen to all of your muscles. You’re going to feel so rejuvenated!
