Eep! Having to look up a lot of the moves before I go do this. I definitely prefer having a video to follow along with though. haha

    1. Susan Johns says:

Or maybe they could post a short vid to watch before the workout that show the movements in proper form!

Think of it as a jumping jack, but in a plank. Your hands stay still :) Go into a plank on your hands~ jump your toes out to the sides (about 2 feet out from your body) and then back in together about hip width apart. Keep your knees soft and your core tight!

  4. Roxane Coryell says:

I wish there was a music playlist timed to indicate when to transition to the next move so as not to need a stop watch during this routine. I was trying to create one but I’m not music savvy enough to find songs that are 30 or 60 seconds. :-/ Guess I’ll make sure I keep a clock in sight. :)

    1. Ashley Patterson says:

use the interval timer app, you can set up in your phone and it will beep to switch to the next exercise :)

      1. Roxane Coryell says:

Thanks Ashley!! I’ll check it out!

  5. Marissa Leatherwood says:

  6. Tiffany Victoria says:
