Do you have your bikini ready!? You’re going to want it, because you’re about to SCULPT YOUR SEXY STEMS and GORGEOUS BOOTY!

As many of you have requested, I put together an incredible sequence of moves using an exercise ball to tighten your inner & outer thighs, tone your tush… and send your core some love too! Incorporating an exercise ball into your toning routine really helps to isolate specific muscles, and you’ll really feel the burn during this routine! Today’s NEW BIKINI SERIES workout will give you a bangin’ backside! Ummm… girl, you’re bringin’ sexy back!

What you need for Bikini Buns & Thighs Routine: a mat, large to medium exercise ball and some water!

That BOOTY is about to be burning!  

*** Also, If you don’t have a ball, you can use a sofa for all the moves except the leg curl! Pretty awesome huh!?  PS… we might be making you a TIU ball in the foreseeable future… maybe… probably… okay we are… you know we’re always up to something for you ;)

      There are plenty of stroller exercises on youtube you can find. Just type in “exercises with a stroller”. Also there are plenty of bootcamps for moms out there that include their babies.

    I struggle with the Ball workouts because i don’t think the Balance ball i have is large enough. I’m 5’7” how big of a ball should i use for this workout? i

      Supposedly it’s the 65cm sized ball for your height and mine but I find that to be too small. (I’m 5’10”) I like the 75cm size ball.

    How many times through would you recommend beginners to complete?

      Personally I would say listen to your body when you are working out, I like to make sure I get a good work out but I want to be able to still work out the next day too! I just started working out again at the beginning of the bikiniseries and this is what I have been doing and as I feel stronger I add more reps and more times through! Have fun!!!!

    I love the printables but lately they’ve just been single images making it difficult to print. Is there anyway you can turn these printables back into multi pages when needed? If I fit to page print its super tiny and if I print full size its huge.

    On the video I don’t think she mentions that and then I noticed on the printable sheet it says 3 reps.. Confused!

    What are other moves that target the medial thigh? I get a lot of pain in my knees from biking and it’s likely because my outer quads are much stronger! I would love to even it out!:)
