New KettleBell Booty Workout

Hey sweet cheeks! Today’s brand new KettleBell Booty workout tones and sculpts your gorgeous peach! This routine was one of my favorites to film cuz you know how much I love workin’ the booty 😌  The moves target your lower body, majorly boost your metabolism, and up your heart rate. Plus, we love using kettlebells because they add an extra total body toning element to every move.

Post-Workout Chocolate Cookie

Makes 14 cookies (1 cookie per serving)


1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1/2 cup chocolate Tone It Up Protein

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 egg

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry mixture. Stir until fully combined.

3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon out 2 Tbsp. batter per cookie.

4. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  1. Hi girls! Loved this booty workout, feeling it so much! But I wanted to ask you, is anyone else having trouble logging in here? I am currently unable to log in on my computer, but my phone works…and that’s sadly not the first time…and other thing – where do I find the community Check-ins? I always have to go through some profiles or something like that and I have no idea whether I’m blind and there is some link/label or not… :-)

  3. Thanks for the AMAZING booty workout Kat, I’ll be feeling it for days. Those cookies look yummy, but is there anything else I can substitute for the coconut sugar (and all coconut products in general)? I’m sadly not a fan of the flavor. Thank you!

    1. Hi babe! So glad you loved the workout!! You can swap in a little maple syrup or honey for coconut sugar. If a recipe calls for coconut flour, you can usually swap in almond or oat flour. xxo

    Quick question…I originally purchased the TIU studio app for my Iphone…However, my tablet at home is an android. I tried to log in to the app on my tablet but I wasn’t able to access my account. Do I need to buy the app separately for my tablet? I probably will not do this because of the extra cost but it would be nice to be able to use me subscription for both my Iphone and my android tablet. If anyone could address this, I would appreciate it! :) :) :)
