  1. Wish the workouts were available on the app today (Sunday)—the day before—so that I could plan my workouts for the week!

    1. Yes! SAME. The post says to check the app for the full schedule. But I’m not seeing it and is most helpful to plan out the week before Monday.

    2. I wish the workouts were available to see now as well. I need to plan everything today and I like to be able to figure what workouts I can do each day.

  2. That’s my main gripe with TIU in general – I’m a planner and I like to see the whole week of workouts the weekend before. I’m so busy and need to plan my days each week really carefully to ensure I actually get the workout in, and I can never do that with this app…

  3. Yes to all above!! I can’t plan my week so I have to say I’m out and doing another program. I don’t watch the Videos but I need the time and even that isn’t possible.

  4. As other commenters have mentioned, it’s frustrating that this is only a sneak peek and I can’t see the whole week in advance, especially for a series I’m excited about and want to get myself motivated for the week. I also often need to swap things around due to my schedule and need time to do that and to know what I can sub in. Other apps let you see 2 weeks or more in advance. If you are moving things more to the app and no longer posting weekly schedules to the web then it’s definitely a functionality to consider. Anyway, guess I will have to find some other workouts to plan for this week.

  5. Hi! Can we get the workout videos to match up with the 5 toning moves each day?! Really miss that from the old app!!!!

  6. Wish as a member I could participate in the workouts without purchasing the program in the app!

    1. I’ve been a member a long time now and from what I remember we always had to pay separate from our member plan for each new set of challenge work outs, which I didn’t mind, of course they did have the new Tuesday work outs for free on YouTube. But I find it’s a better deal if your using the app. I do miss the bundles though

  7. As you always encourage to plan ahead, to make time for yourself, aka working out, I do not understand why you do not post the Weekly Shedule ahead, as you did for all the years. I assume you want to pool everything in the app now, which I have to accept, although I don’t like it. But why do you not make the shedule available in the App at least one day ahead, so customers from outside the U.S. can start their Series on time? The shedule for the other 4 programs are available all the time.

With all the changes in the last year, especially the App features, my passion and bond with this company has taken a toll. Let’s see what the future brings and if this is still the place to workout for me. You started on YouTube and with this blog/website. I know TIU had to be more commercialized to sustain the platform itself. Yet the free videos on Youtube were a start for so many of us, who later became members and lifelong followers, why cancel that nearly completely? And whenever there is critique, here or on Instagram, there will be standardized non-answers posted repeatedly.

But let’s not wallow, let the Love your Body Series 2020 begin!

    1. I loved TIU when they were just on YouTube and releasing their challenge workouts as bundles to download. I signed up as a lifetime member and and also purchased many ALL of the downloadable workouts.

It is frustrating as a long time member having to purchased membership to participate in the challenge. I currently can not afford to, as I am a stay at home mum and on one income.

I so looked forward to the challenges but it’s so different now. I understand that change must happen but don’t forget about the members that have been there from the beginning.

Wishing everyone the best on this challenge.

  8. Yea I agree with the above comments. I just signed up for the app so I’m new to this and I’m surprised you can’t see ahead of time what the schedule is. Does anyone know what time the schedule is released? I need to know how long tomorrow’s workout will be so I can figure out what time I need to set my alarm for.

    1. @LIZZYZX You can look for the mentioned workouts in the On Demand Section, either serach for the name, or search in the category. Mondays Workout Super Sculpt Strength is 19 Minutes long.

  10. Does anyone else have issues seeing the nutrition recipes on the love your body series in the TIU app?

  11. I LOVE my Tone It Up programs, but I logged in to see what workout I need to be prepared for tomorrow morning and it’s a bummer I am unable to do so. I do wish I could see tomorrow’s workout so that I can plan my morning accordingly since I work full time. Please consider allowing people who signed up for the programs to see the weeks schedule on Sunday. It would be very helpful. Thank you!! 🙏🏻

  12. Just made the carrot cake muffins and they were burnt on outside and raw on the inside. Anyone have any tips? I followed the recipe to the exact measurement and had to leave it in a little longer until they started to burn. This is a running problem for me when using tone it up protein powder.

    1. me too mine turned out the exact same. Other muffin recipes are usually perfect but these are a miss.

    2. I bake TIU muffins in a brownie pan with parchment and cut them into bars. This is super easy for prep and lets you bake until they are a nice consistency. :)

  13. Does anyone know more details about the nutrition plan for this? I have the app but I’m just a little confused as to how they are doing this. Is there not a main Love Your Body Plan on the site this year?

    1. If you are a Lifetime Member, you should have gotten an eMail with directions how to download this years Love Your Body Plan, if not, check your “My TIU” section on this website, where you can see and download this years plan. If you have an App Subsription, but are not a member, with the lifetime acces to all Meal Plans, you can use the selected recipes on the app or purchase the plan seperately.

As far as I can see, there are only a few selected recipes available on the app, since it is not linked to the lifelong membership. I Suppose the recipe section in the app is meant as a teaser for the app users, so they will purchase a membership subscription.

  14. So… having access to all meal plans after purchasing the $180 lifetime membership is out the window now? We now have to pay monthly/yearly for access to something we had supposedly already purchased? Got it.

    1. You should still have access to all the meal plans. I purchased the lifetime membership, and my plans are located in the MY TIU section and you can access your downloads with all the meal plans there.

    2. From how I see the $180 lifetime membership is for the meal plans that come with each challenge. Each challenge had a set of workouts that we paid separately for… why do I feel like people have forgotten this? They got rid of the challenge work out bundles and replaced that with the app, and in my opinion I like it more, works out can be switched out if you don’t like ‘em, etc. the app also shares recipes, but yes our past orders/meal plans are saved in My TIU on the website. Hope this helped

  16. I guess I’ve been away from TIU for too long. The workout was good but what happened to the community? I can’t message anyone on the app and I can’t find the community page on here anymore. Am I missing something? I feel completely disconnected from the TIU “Community” and being able to find TIU girls in my area or with similar interests to have as accountability partners during the LYB challenge.

    1. hey Erica! we totally hear ya babe ~ there’s a lot of new and amazing things about your updated TIU app! our community is still goin’ strong & is the best part about TIU! a great way to connect is by searching #TIU + your city on Insta (i.e. #TIUSanDiego) & also by taking a sweaty selfie after you complete a workout using the hashtag #TIUTeam! we are all here to love & support each other ~ we’re in this together! Xxo 💓👯✨

  17. I love that you can’t see the program until the day, it’s so exciting! Like a little present! Everyone wants things too quickly these days, waiting for things is only a good thing x go TIU

  18. I feel like everyone is complaining about the stupidest things. They don’t release till the day of – their whole thing is to be able to make the Program fit for every lifestyle. You are supposed to be able to switch and swap things out. They take a very complicated process with working out in a very complicated process with nutrition and make it super easy, plug-and-play. If anyone isn’t jumping on the TIU hater club and still in love with everything to you you guys, and so so so proud of them for scaling like they have hit me up and let’s be accountability partners! The whole TAU executive and board are not only masters at fitness and nutrition and community building but in business as well! I don’t know how many of you can say that but these are the girls I definitely want in my life. You keep doing you Karina and Katrina!
