    Am I the only one who can’t do pistol squats for the life of me? It just seems like such an awkward movement! My body doesn’t want to bend that way!

      Haha yup I can’t do them either, practicing though but knee won’t let me, I feel ya!

      I work with a local trainer on Saturdays and she has a great way of building you up to the pistol squat: sit in a chair (the height will be right if your thighs are parallel to the ground) and stand up using only one leg at a time. The other leg can be resting on the floor at first and then work your way up to holding it out in front of you. Same goes for your arms! Start off using your hands to help push you up and work toward not using them at all :)

  2. Yes I know what you mean about the pistol squat it is awkward to do and it can hurt my knee a little too

  4. So when I do Week 4 Summer Bikini Program and it says to pick 2-3 items form the schedule would Legs for Days BB4 be the very first video or any of these items that we want to do?
