Seriously so excited to do this tonight!!! Highlight of my Tuesday. Thank you SO much for always keeping things fresh for us! :) <3

  2. Christina says:

Yay! A workout I can do without shoes, lol!!

    1. toneitupcom says:

haha… and birthday suit optional if you’re at home?

  3. Brenna Hawley says:

Do you recommend counting this for any miles or not? I plan to add in the cardio as well but this looks pretty intense too!

    1. Chelsi Klentz Davis says:

I was curious about this, as well!

    2. Brenna says:

I am sure you could count this since kettlebells raise your heart rate quite a bit! I will prob. put down 2 miles since a good portion of it is yoga!

In a previous challenge they said:
low intensity cardio for 20 min = 1 mile
medium intensity cardio for 15 min = 1 mile
high intensity cardio for 10 min = 1 mile

  4. MsDinoGal says:

I’m very excited about this. I’ve got kettlebells on my postpartum “wish list,” so maybe I’ll get some next year and do this workout. It looks SO great!

  5. Ashley Anne Schjoneman says:

Loved this workout. Did it this afternoon & I feel really good!

  6. Madalyn says:

Holy cow! Legs are shaking!!! GREAT workout! :)

  7. Sam&Jang says:

We love you Katrina! You’re soo beautiful!! My sister and I are so excited to try this kettle ball routine. I don’t have one yet but I’ll use my dumbbell as you’ve mentioned before. Thanks K&K for this new video! How about a dance cardio routine or a ballet/barre one? I’m sure it’ll be a lot of FUN with you girls!

    1. toneitupcom says:

thanks!! Hmmm maybe we’ll do a dance routine. We should probably have a professional come in a create one with us since Karena and I only know how to roll the dice and robot :P haha!

      1. Sam&Jang says:

Lol! This would be awesome, think about it. We know you girls got some moves. ;) Probably for your next HIIT workout?

  8. Ashley Nicole Waldock says:

I was wondering whats the best work out to kick a colds butt! I traveled for Fall Break to go see my best friend, and of course we ate lots of food, drank a little too much, and got very minumum sleep. Any recovery tricks?

    1. toneitupcom says:

YES!!! Search on the righthand side search box ‘get well smoothie’. You’ll also see our tips to beating a cold!

  9. Sarah Coolidge says:

This was such an awesome workout!! I loveeee kettlebell workouts! Now i’m ready for some insane cardio!! :)

  10. Elizabeth says:

another GREAT workout girlies! Really enjoyed the mini breaks with the yoga moves. Maybe you girls can do a post about strategies to fight the cold and flu and include some mini workouts that don’t stress the body but still make you feel like you’ve worked your muscles. It wouldn’t be a #friskyfall without a scratchy throat or a runny nose for a few days. Thanks for everything you ladies do! Love you all!

    1. toneitupcom says:

great idea!!! glad you liked the workout :)

      1. Starflykiwi says:

Yes that would be great! Even in the Southern Hemisphere, Spring is the season for colds… thanks!

  11. Kate H says:

That was such a great workout, thank you for always mixing it up for us! Like someone else mentioned below I’d love to see a barre workout in one of the next videos.

  12. Sarah Catherine says:

Thank you soo much for this! It was amazing and lots more challenging than I thought!! I love that!!:) Idea for next workout: insane fat burning/abs workout! Thanks so much for all you guys do!!

  13. Veronica says:

This might be my new fave workout!! Kettlebells with Kat are some of my favorites, and the yoga combo feels so good on my muscles. I would love more kettlebells mashups – kettlebell HIIT, kettlebell abs, kettlebell barre?! :)

  14. Raquel Ryan says:

LOVED this workout!! I was Shaking! I also loved that it was over 30 minutes long! Would love more videos like that! :) Keep new HIIT workout videos coming too! They are always great because they make you sweat & able to fit in when we are all so busy some days! It’s nice to have a variety to do at home when we can’t make the treadmill or gym ones! Thanks Karena & Katrina!

  15. Gabrielle says:

Don’t know why, but that seemed too easy & I just finished round 3. Maybe. I’ll go for 4. Oh well…

  16. Laura McKee says:

Just finished this as my PMWO (AMWO was INSANE Cardio). I LOVE LOVE LOVE this routine. Definitely ranks in my top 5 TIU routines!!! Thank you K&K for all the work that you put into getting these routines to us!!! <3

  17. Gabrielle says:

What happened to the other side of the plank rows? It wasn’t ever repeated. I noticed on round 5. I knew my side didn’t match!

  18. Laura Milroy says:

I am definitely excited to build up some kettle bell strength. But I am so tight right now I may have to start with a little yoga to loosen up a bit..

    xoxo

  19. Gabrielle says:

Perfect Fit protein doesn’t “work for everyone.” If gluten intolerant or allergic to grains, it won’t work as RICE is the main ingredient.
Also, my posts keep getting deleted. I wanted to know what happened to the other side of the plank rows? It was never demonstrated!
Please don’t delete my posts, that’s not fair.

    1. Gabrielle says:

Not only wouldn’t perfect protein work, but could cause health issues in gluten intolerant people. So it’s not so “perfect” for everyone…

    2. Samantha says:

Rice doesn’t contain gluten, but if you are allergic to rice it would be a poor choice. It’s a marketing slogan, and anyone with a food allergy would know to check the label and not simply believe that “it’s perfect for everyone.”

    3. Amanda says:

If you check the FAQ on the Perfect Fit website, it says “Perfect Fit Protein and our manufacturing facilities are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).”

    4. Erin says:

some people with celiac cannot tolerate any grains at all. maybe you are referring to the cross-reactivity of rice with celiacs?

  20. Kate Kiraly says:

Did this last night and I certainly feel it this morning!! Awesome routine guys, as always!

  21. Krista says:

Will be doing this one after work today for sure!!

  22. Tiana says:

Hi Ladies, great workout! How about a pilates, ballet routine or a build a sexy back workout?

  23. Sabrina says:

Next time a rope and strength training workout, and maybe to review using fitness band/heart rate monitor to show how you performed during that workout to get a rough idea of the effectiveness of the workout :D

  24. Cait says:

a new hiit video would be awesome!! as was this!!! :)

  25. Sam&Jang says:

Oh Katrina! You forgot to do the opposite knee (for the obliques) on the other side. :)

    1. Madalyn says:

Yes! It’s funny I didn’t notice that the first time I did it but I did it again the other day and was like, wait what happened? :’D Lol

  26. Rachel Osowski says:

This was a great workout–I loved that the whole thing was different rather than 4 sets of the same thing! Will you girls ever do a spin workout? Or I’d love to see some workouts that help with flexibility. I do the stretch/yoga/foamroll ones when I’m really sore. Keep up the awesome videos!

  27. Jackie says:

LOVED this workout!!! It was so fun and I loved that I could use my dumbell. I liked the rows that Katrina said are good for the postural muscles. I did physical therapy for 2.5 months and one of the BEST and most EVIL moves that are great for those muscles are Blackburns (the V, the T and reverse V) Maybe include those in a future video? Love you girls! Thanks for helping us strive to be the best we can be :-)

  28. Arielle says:

I loved this routine! I completed it this morning and walking up stairs to work was tough :D I like how it was longer than usual plus the mix of kettlebells and yoga. Also the videography was STUNNING. Kat, what a babe!

  29. Haley says:

what about an arobic cardio work out? i know how much you girls love to dance :)

  30. Ashley Anne Schjoneman says:

Katrina! What kettle bell are you using in the video? I need to purchase my first kettle bell and I’m a bit lost…. Thank you in advance!! :)

  31. Robin Miller says:

Hey girls! I loved this routine! Always love Kettlebell routines with Katrina! Those swings…I didn’t think they would ever end! Burn baby, burn! I agree with the girls below about a dance routine! I think that would be so fun and I KNOW you girls have moves because I saw the Retreat videos hehe! :P I usually gravitate to your HIIT workouts rather than running or walking because I tend to get bored with that! I think a dance workout would be amazing, fun, and a good way to shake things up a bit! I love you girls and all that you do for us! You really are an inspiration to me and have changed lots of things about my life for the better, not just fitness! I can’t wait to meet you at the next retreat in which I WILL be attending haha! XXOOOO!

  32. Leeanne Geroe says:

Hi Katrina! I have been following you two for some years now and I must say this is one of my favorite workouts yet!
Suggestion/request!!! – can you create a great full body workout without wrists? Sounds crazy, but every downward facing dog or routine that involves supporting my weight with my wrists is extremely painful for me and I find myself skipping them and Whenever possible I modify by using my elbows, but that’s simply not possible for many positions. Other times I try to tough it out, and I know I shouldn’t because I can feel the damage being done. Am i the only one who has this problem?

I have been a waitess in my past and carried many heavy plates simultaneously. Now I am a dental hygienist and my wrists are fundamentalto my job, I cannot afford to damage them!
    thanks!

  33. Stefania Rodriguez says:

Actually went and bought a kettlebell for this workout and loved it. I looong for the day that I can kick (and hold) my leg back as far as you Katrina!

  34. Claire says:

Love these kettlebell workouts..!! Can you do another workout with a Swedish Ball? I loved the last one you do did for the bikini series 2010 I think..I´m not sure.. :o)

  35. Molly says:

does anyone know what the music is in this video? I loved it!

  36. Lena says:

This was my first TIU workout and I loved it! Thanks so much, keep it up please! Looking forward to trying your protein!

  37. kayla says:

How many calories does this workout burn :)??

  38. Julie Carlson says:

ok i am officially obsessed with this routine and TIU in general. Ive done this workout only a handful of times and seeing the results on my (historically flat) bootay!!! hooray for k&k!

  39. Annamarie Shaw says:

Found this workout on your website last week and was very excited to add it to my morning routine… it’s not easy to stay motivated to wake up at 5am to work out but this is a routine that I was really looking forward to and it didn’t disappoint! Thanks!

  40. Amy Pawlukiewicz says:

Did anyone ever find out how many calories this workout burns (just a ballpark). I’m tracking in MyFitnessPal, but I can’t find anything comparable.

  41. Rebecca says:

K&K, I’ve been wanting to join your family for quite sometime now. i do have a question regarding the workout videos. Do all of your workout dvd’s come with the nutrition program or do i need to purchase the dvd’s on top of the $150 nutrition plan. thank you for your help!
    Rebecca

  42. Dawne Morgan says:

Wowza!! I’ve just started my fit for 50 program, and I see that TIU will play a big part of me shaping up and bringing sizzle to this Nana bod

  43. Seriously love this workout! One of my favs that I come back to a lot!

  44. That was amazing! Just found TUI a couple of weeks ago, and it is awesome. More of the kettlebell-yoga fusion would be great. Thanks so much!

  45. Wow!!! Loved the kettletoning workout!! I’m dripping with sweat and feel like it toned every major muscle!! Loved how there was yoga incorporated into the routine to keep those muscles long and lean!!! #tiuteam #kettletoning

  46. This is one of my favourite workouts. I can’t do all the moves yet but I love it. This is my second time doing it.

  47. Thank you so much for this amazing workout, I can really feel it :) If possible I would love to see some pilates workouts in the future!!

  48. This workout is amazing! I just joined the TIU Community about a month ago and this might already be my favorite workout! Probably shouldn’t have done it after Total Body Toning, but it will be worth it ;)

  49. Amazing- I am on holiday in Spain at the minute and after a week of researching TIU nutrition plan, I signed up yesterday. I had been using the free videos which are fab, thank you but also bought beach babe 4, I think it is called. This new kettle bell routine is fantastic😀 PS- I have just made the most gorgeous prawn, avocado, mango salad with the dressing from your free recipe and my husband wants to put me into Masterchef LOL! I am really impressed with what you guys are doing. Thank you so much and yes, I took a before photo today, scary to say the least after a week of partying in Spain with my awesome Irish family. Ali X 2nd week is the big detox, we’ll sort of😀😎❤️

  50. Can’t believe, I did 2 Kettlebell routines this morning-whoop whoop😀 Off now for overnight oats which my husband thinks is amazing-more like a dessert than a breakfast lol. Thanks girls, for inspiring me, lots to do but taking baby steps in the right direction. Week 2-here I go!

  51. Did this for my workout today,🤗 LOVED IT! Thank you!!! ❣the scenery 🌅was beautiful, I very much enjoyed it from our snowy/Icey PNW!🏔

  52. I loved it but, wow it was intense! I couldn’t keep it up, it was too heavy on my arm but I will continue to keep trying! Only the next time I will do it on empty stomach, because I need to trow up now :(
