ICYMI LIVE ~ Sculpting & Lengthening Barre Workout

A few weeks ago, we did an amazing live barre workout on @ToneItUp! We’re sharing it today in case you missed it ~ or want to do it again!

One of our favorite instructors, Jillian, led us in the workout at Hot 8 Yoga in Santa Monica (this is where I did my yoga teacher training too!). Jillian’s energy is so fun and motivating — we’re so excited to introduce you to her!

This 40-minute routine will tone and lengthen your entire body. You’ll be sculpting your cute booty, strengthening your sexy arms, and toning your gorgeous legs, all while getting a great stretch and working on your flexibility! Jillian is major flexibility GOALS!
