Morning babe!! I’m so excited to be sharing my Instagram live yoga booty routine (thanks to Brian for filming too :)! A lot of you know I recently completed my yoga training and it was such an incredible experience. I’ll be sharing more about it very soon!. Being able to teach yoga to this community makes me so happy…and a little nervous, especially live! I always get the jitters before any workout :) but that’s when you know that something is special and important to you.

In today’s yoga flow, we’re focusing on fine toning your core, booty, and legs with some bonus total bod work too! And of course, Winston makes a few surprise appearances ;)

    This video only plays on toneitup.com. It doesn’t not play on YouTube, says it is unavailable.

    Same thing with Yoga Tone, it does play on YouTube but you have to go through toneitup.com. I can’t search for it just by logging into YouTube from my tv.

    Can you please make both of these easier to access like all the other videos.

  17. This yoga flow was so hard but definitely a great sweat. I had a hard time with my wrists not being strong enough for all the downward dogs so I had to stop about 30 mins in because they hurt so bad. Is there a way to strengthen them? Great job Kat though your a natural :)

  18. I’m a victim of FOMO! The #TIUGIRLS raved about this workout the day it was released. I switched my workout schedule around today to finally do this workout. IT WAS SO GOOD!   38. Been having a rough couple months with a new position at work and unfortunately old habits crept up and I’m taking the stress out on my body. I decided to do this flow. There were several times I wanted to give up, but I made the modifications and stuck it through to the end. I needed this workout today. I especially needed those words at the end.
