Today’s workout includes 5 moves designed to majorly tone your entire bod. That’s the beauty of HIIT! It works your booty, abs, and upper body, all while raising your heart rate to give you that gorgeous post-workout glow. Use these moves all season long, anytime you need a quick, super sculpting routine. You’ll love the results you see when you slip on that holiday cocktail dress 😘

Lateral Box Jumps

Strengthens your core, tones your booty and thighs, and boosts your metabolism!

Begin standing with your right foot placed on the box and your left on the ground. Your knees should have a slight bend to them. With your core engaged, quickly switch your feet so that your left foot is on the box and your right is on the ground. Allow your upper body to bend forward slightly with each jump.

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

Step Up to Back Lunge

Sculpts your booty and thighs!

Begin standing on your right foot, hands placed on your hips. Step up to the box with your left foot, as you extend your right leg straight behind you to perform a kickback. Step your right foot back down and bring your left leg back to perform a lunge.

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Plank Jack to Tuck

Strengthens your core, tones your inner thighs, and boosts your metabolism!

Start in a plank position with your wrists directly below your shoulders. Jump both legs out wider than shoulder-width. Jump your legs back together and jump to tuck both of your knees toward your chest, then jump back out to your starting plank position.

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

Single Leg Touch to Press

Strengthens your core, shoulders, thighs, and booty!

Begin standing on your right foot with your left leg bent behind you. Holding a dumbbell in your left hand, punch your arm across your body, down toward the mat. Remain balancing on your right foot as you lift your upper body and punch your arm upward.

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds, then switch sides.

Squat Up Downs

Tones your core and booty!

Start in a squat position and lower your right knee to the mat, then your left. With both knees on the mat and your core engaged, step back up to a squat position.

Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds.

    1. Hi girl! We sometimes take our Toning Moves outside and use a step at our local park. Or you can always modify without the box and simply do a back lunge and plank jack to tuck. You’ve got this! xxo

  1. This was such a great workout and I was sweating and only took like 10 mins! I will try to work this in maybe if I have time after 5DM! Because it was fun and hard!!! ❤️
