    Just wanted to thank you for the foam roller stretch and release.I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 weeks for a tight “butt muscle.” I thought I was pinching a nerve. Turns out I just wasn’t stretching enough. He suggested I get a foam roller and now I do your foam roller stretch/release every day. Thanks for the help!
