Incline Lunge x 10 reps per side ~ Make sure your front knee stays directly over your ankle.
Tricep Dips x 10 reps ~ Modification: bend your knees to ease up the intensity.
V Sit Crunch + Tap x 10 reps per side ~ Modification: Take out the tap if you need to!
T Push-Up x 10 reps per side ~ Think: straight line from your head to your toes!
Incline Plank Knee-to-Elbow x 10 reps per side ~ Slow this move down to really feel the burn.
Incline Half Burpee x 10 reps per side ~ Modification: step your feet forward and back in place of jumping.
