Cardio Kickboxing Total Body Workout ~ Kick, Tone, Punch!

Do the following circuit, one minute per move, once through for a quick 10-minute sculpting session. And for more, head to Studio Tone It Up for the full 25-minute workout in your app!

Jab + Cross + Duck + Crunch

Sculpts your arms, legs, booty, and abs.

Start in a boxer stance with your left foot in front of your right and legs shoulder-width apart. Bring both hands up to chin height in loose fists. Jab with your left hand, then cross with your right. Next, lower into a squat before bringing your left knee to meet both elbows in a crunch.

Repeat for 1 minute, then switch sides.

Side Kick + Cross-Body Punch

Sculpts your booty, legs, arms, and abs.

Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand just below your chin. Shift your weight to your left foot and kick your right foot to the side, keeping your foot parallel to the ground. Bring your right foot back to start position as you perform a cross-body punch with your left arm.

Repeat for 1 minute, then switch sides.

Single-Leg Deadlift + Front Kick

Sculpts your booty and legs.

Standing with feet together and a dumbbell in each hand close to your chest, shift your weight to your right foot. Hinge at the hips, bringing your chest parallel to the ground, as you reach the dumbbells toward your standing foot and extend your left leg behind you. Come back up to start position then kick your left foot in front of you.

Repeat for 1 minute, then switch sides.

Triple Pulse + Reverse Kick

Sculpts your legs and booty.

Begin standing with your left foot two feet in front of your right, a dumbbell in each hand at chest level, and sink into a lunge position, both knees at 90 degrees. Pulse down two inches and up two inches, repeating three times. On the last pulse, shift your weight to your front foot and perform a reverse kick with your back leg, keeping your foot parallel to the ground as you kick.

Repeat for 1 minute, then switch sides.

Jab + Cross + Front Kick + Single-Leg Burpee

Sculpts your total body and revs your heart rate!

Start in a boxer stance with your left foot in front of your right, hands in fists at chin height. Jab with your left hand, cross with your right, then kick your right foot forward. Keeping your right foot off the ground, hop back into a single leg plank position with your left foot, and hop back to standing. To modify, opt for a regular (two foot) burpee. Or, to progress, add an extra hop at the end!  

Repeat for 1 minute, then switch sides.

Crab Kick + Reach

Sculpts your booty, arms, and core.

Begin in a reverse tabletop position on your hands and feet. Engaging your booty and abs, kick your right leg upward as you reach your left hand to meet your right foot. Return to start position and repeat on the other side.

Repeat for 1 minute, alternating sides.
