  3. Bethany Cowbrough says:

:( just bought my plan last week! Oh well, super happy with my purchase, and my perfect fit arrived yesterday!

  4. Kat says:

I want to buy Nutrition Plan but the necklace doesn’t show in my cart. Am I doing something wrong?

    1. toneitupcom says:

Hi Kat!! The necklace won’t show up in your cart, but you’ll still receive it! You should get a shipping confirmation within a few days of joining the plan!

  5. Laureen says:

I already joined in March and my family shares the plan with me so does my best friend.
My other good friend is not interested in eating healthy (why on earth?!). Oh well, I just have to dream of this necklace because I want it so much!

  6. Kayley says:

Some of the portions on the plan are pretty crazy small… all the oatmeal recipes I’ve seen called for 1/4 of a cup??

    1. Jennifer says:

I’ve been doing the overnight oats, which is a 1/4 for a few weeks now and it’s been satisfying. I pile on about a handful or cup of berries — that helps.

      1. Kayley says:

1/4 of a cup is literally 4 tbsps though.. just seems really small and restrictive IMO

        1. Monica Sanchez says:

In the regular plan, the oatmeal says to eat it with Greek yogurt and berries. Keep in mind that you are also eating 5 meals a day, so serving sizes do not need to be very large. Although they don’t want you obsessing over calories, they do advise you to be aware of your caloric needs. The plan gives information on determining how many calories you should be eating to ensure that you aren’t under or over-eating. If you find that you aren’t getting enough calories, you should definitely increase your portion sizes.

          1. Kayley says:

Fair enough! It does just seem so small for a morning meal — something I’d more consider as a snack. I find the meal sizes in the new recipes or the recipes sent out as features tend to be larger. I love Tone It Up and the community and the positive message it promotes, just know it’s important to stay well fueled with such an active lifestyle too!

          2. Jennifer says:

Like Monica says, it’s one meal out of the five for the day. I find that I always start my morning with one of the smoothies and that tends to fill me up for awhile. And, then when I do have the oats, it’s more satisfying.

And, I totally agree that you should increase portions if that’s what you need! Hope you’re enjoying the Bikini Series!!

          3. Jennifer says:

I always make mine with almond milk. I purchased the vegetarian plan last year, when I was vegetarian. Now, I’m not. I’m thinking I might switch over to the regular plan! We’ll see though. Thanks for your thoughts!

    2. Samantha says:

Is it for steel cut oats? Because 1/4 cup steel cut oats has the same number of calories as 1/2 cup old fashioned or quick oats because of how it is cut. Same amount (nutritionally speaking) of food, smaller volume.

  7. Frauke says:

ooh.. :( I bought the plan 2 weeks ago… I’d love to habe the necklace.

  8. guest says:

What is that layered drink called that their holding? I have to wait until next week to order the nutrition plan, but I am dying to make that layered drink tonight lol. If one of my TIU friends can help me.

  9. Bri says:

I just joined the plan today. Will I get the necklace in the mail with my free multivitamins?

    1. Rosie says:

I received my multivitamins but no necklace! :(

      1. Bri says:

I received the multivitamins as well, but I got an email saying the necklace was shipped! I’m sure you will get an email too :)

  10. Jenny says:

I bought the TIU nutrition plan on May 28th. When will I receive my necklace?

  11. Karen says:

Hey I joined the plan! Didn’t get a necklace though. Oh well. I joined the plan though!!! :-)

    1. toneitupcom says:

Hi Karen! You should receive a shipping confirmation for the necklace within a few days of joining. Email us at [email protected] if you didn’t get the email…or the necklace! WELCOME to the team!!! xoxo

  12. Brooke Sweeney says:

Hi K&K! I was wondering since I’ve already been using the normal nutrition plan can I switch to a gluten free plan? I recently discovered I am gluten intolerant. Thanks
