We LOVE quick core toning workouts because it only takes a few moves to set those abs on🔥And today’s routine is fast and majorly effective! Your abs are an incredibly strong muscle group, so you can do this routine as often as you want! It’s a great addition to any of your Studio Tone It Up routines, perfect for a quick weekend sweat sesh, or you can do it first thing in the morning to ignite your strong core for the day!

I filmed this workout before my pregnancy so for all my TIU mamas to be ~ some of these ab moves may not work for us now! For modifications, check out my first pregnancy vlog here! Coconut Core Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein

1 cup coconut water

1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and add your fave toppings! We love adding 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 1/4 cup fruit!

  4. Oh my goodness that smoothie was sooo delicious and refreshing! I used vanilla protein powder and Trader Joe’s has this coconut water with pineapple so I used that and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely make again 😃

I’m still recovering from having two hip surgeries in the past 8 months… I loved how gentle this was and easy to modify so I could get a good arm and core workout without aggravating the hip area.
