Week 3 is comin’ in HOT! 🔥 You’ve officially reached the halfway mark of your 31 Day Challenge ~ Kat and I are so proud of you!

Yesterday I was honored to be a keynote speaker at the Locale PoWer Up Women’s Conference along with some truly inspiring women who I admire. I was surrounded by so many brilliant, strong women just like you and the energy was electric! 💫 As women, we must always remember how powerful we are and that together we can accomplish anything! This week the TIU community achieved so much! Kat and I saw all your amazing meetups, sweaty selfies, Studio checkins, and meal prep pics. You are incredible girl! Everything we do is for you, and I was thinking of you all week as I filmed new workouts on the beach with your Studio Tone It Up trainers for the app and Toneitup.com! We had the best time filming these workouts and we’re already SO pumped for you to try them ~ stay tuned!!
