Happy Monday gorgeous! Today is the start of a beautiful week, and we’re so excited for you! No matter what unexpected things may come your way, always remember that you’re prepared for anything ~ you’re equipped with a strong body, a clear mind, and a good heart… and that is EVERYTHING!
And most importantly, you’re NEVER alone. Being a Tone It Up girl means that you have a support system of so, so many beautiful souls who all have your back. This community is the most inspiring, strong, and uplifting group of women ~ we are all so lucky to have found each other! Today we want to give a special shoutout to a few women who have recently amazed the TIU Team. Let’s show these babes some love today!

“I didn’t set out with a weight loss goal in mind, I just wanted to make healthier choices and get a little leaner so I could see my strength gains pop a little more 😉 But I’ve learned SO much about how much and what types of foods help me thrive. Finding inspiration, fun, and accountability in the #TIUCommunity has been key to how much I’ve enjoyed this series and in my persistence. I’ve loved seeing how different people make creative modifications to the Meal Plan each week. Inspiration from K+K and the new trainers and @karenadawn’s meditations have also been a highlight. Chatting in the studio was a great way to meet new #TIUGirls and I love seeing your workout check-ins here. I can’t wait to keep going and seeing what we all accomplish next! 💪🏽🙌🏽👊🏽”
“The picture on the left is from 2013 at my sister’s wedding. 🙈 After those photos were released, I immediately started looking for ways to better myself. I started working out more and just trying to be more active. It wasn’t until 2016, I realized it was my nutrition that was holding me back. That is where @toneitup helped me and changed who I am today! I’ve learned so much about nutrition and how to nurture my body properly.”
“Before I started TIU, I didn’t understand how I could make time in my day to exercise. I have 2 little boys, a husband, a regular job and a life. I had major stomach issues and a bad knee from a fall many years ago. Then I ended up wearing spanx under a pair of jeans in the middle of the summer because they didn’t fit and I knew I needed to change. The time does not make itself, you have to make sacrifices, but I feel AMAZING and the spanx are tucked away in my closet.🙂 My #TIUBootyCall is my time in the morning in my dark living room where I can enjoy a little quiet time while I sweat it out with my Studio Tone It Up trainers💪🏻 When you take time for yourself, your loved ones get the best of you instead of the rest of you. 🤗💗”
“Since I started my journey, I told myself I would push my way to a bigger better heart. Even if I did not ‘lose weight’ I would still love my results.I feel amazing, I’ve gotten more stamina let alone more energy! I’m able to cook, meal prep & share my love with all my friends and family around me. I have the ability to make conscious decisions about what to eat out. Thank you Tone It Up, your Nutrition Plan & guidance from the community has pushed me farther than I ever knew I could!
