  1. These sound sooooo delish!!! Thank you K&K and TIU HQ for always delivering the best of the best!!! Happy Weekend!

  2. Good thing I just got a popsicle mold this month!!! Overwhelmed which recipe to try first!

  3. Do you have a fovorite popsicle maker/mold? I always have the worst luck with the stick sliding out and the popsicle being stuck. I’ve eaten far too many popsicle ice cubes on a plate!

  4. Hooray! New protein Popsicle recipes! These are always a favorite of mine. <3 Thanks so much!!

  5. These are 100% going on the menu for the #tiuhoustonbookclub meetup next month!!!!! Pools and popsicles for the win!

  6. Just had another Heat Wave! Second of the season, gotta make these this weekend to be prepared for the next. BooYah! Bring it 90 degrees plus!!!! I’ll be ready!!! Thanks.

  7. OMG these look amazing! Can’t wait to figure out which is my favorite. I never would have thought to put protein powder in a popsicle. It’s a win win!

  8. OMG these look amazing and you just gave me a fab idea. During the hot months, when my daughter gets out of school, she’s tired and hot. The only thing she wants is a popsicle and to sprawl out in the floor and color. So this year instead of the sugared juice popsicles from the store I plan on making these! They’re just one more way I can make sure we are both taking in healthier options and in fun new recipes. Thank you girls so much!!

  9. These look amazing! What do you recommend as a vegan substitute for the greek yogurt? I feel like almond or coconut based yogurts don’t have the same thickness as greek yogurt.

  10. Anyone have any pop mold brands they love and where they purchased them? I am wanting to make so pops :)
