You’ll Never Guess What We Drink Every Day to Rev Our Metabolism

We start every morning with a few musts: Our Booty Call, a meditation session…and a Meta D from the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan. This sip revs our metabolism and helps increase our energy levels throughout the entire day. The apple cider vinegar (ACV) is to thank for a lot of these perks. We’re obsessed; we even put together an entire post on why we love it so much. You can check it out HERE! Today, we’re sharing more quick, easy, and tasty ways to make your own DIY drinking vinegars. They’re gorgeous too, so snap a pic before you sip!

Drink up, buttercup!

Strawberry

Packed with vitamin C, this combo helps boost your immune system!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1/4 cup strawberries, chopped

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

8 oz. water

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

Mango

Mango is one of our fave tropical fruits! It adds an extra sweetness that we’re obsessed with. Plus, it’s packed with fiber to keep snack attacks at bay!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup mango, chopped

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

8 oz. water

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

Blueberry

This drink has tons of antioxidants that keep your skin lookin’ young and beautiful.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup blueberries

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

8 oz. water

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

Pitaya

That color tho!! The fiber in this lil’ fruit also helps stabilize blood sugar levels and keeps ya from crashing in the afternoon.

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup pitaya

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

8 oz. water

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth!

    1. I love Meta-D, but the BS is a little too sweet/tart for me. The Meta-D feels very Fall and Winter, so these are a great Spring/Summer morning kickstart! I wasn’t sure how to incorporate others either. :)

  3. These sound great! How much can you make at a time and how long will they last in the fridge? I’m not a morning person and always in a hurry, so I try to premake anything I can! I’ve premade the bombshell spell for about 4-5 servings and it seems to be ok.

  4. i can’t wait to try these! I’ve tried the original meta-d in the nutrition plan, but 8 oz was a lot of liquid and it was hard for me to finish. Are we supposed to be drinking all 8 ounces as a drink or using less liquid and taking it as a shot?

  5. This is the only way I can drink ACV without gagging. Thanks so much for posting these recipes. I have mixed strawberries and mangos and also strawberries and kiwi. I hope it is ok to make the night before. I throw everything in my Ninja cup and then blend it in the morning.
