  1. I am so happy you made this post! I love having the Meta-D in the morning but was getting sick of the apple and pineapple flavours but wasn’t sure how to make my own!! Thank you so much K&K!

    1. I love Meta-D, but the BS is a little too sweet/tart for me. The Meta-D feels very Fall and Winter, so these are a great Spring/Summer morning kickstart! I wasn’t sure how to incorporate others either. :)

  2. Quick question! Can you drink these in the afternoon since they’re fruit? (The plan says no more fruit after M3) Or solely as a Meta-D replacement??

  3. This changed my life!!! I have always like the Meta-D, but the Bombshell Spell is too sweet/tart in the morning for me. This is a game-changer, and you just ensured by posting these that I’ll be drinking ACV errrrday! Thanks! (Also, I’d love to try kiwi, or 1/8c kiwi and 1/8c strawberry!) And Mmmmmm! <3

  4. Love the healthy options for our a.m. meta d. Trying the mango tomorrow as I happen to have a bag of frozen mango right now!

  5. These sound great! How much can you make at a time and how long will they last in the fridge? I’m not a morning person and always in a hurry, so I try to premake anything I can! I’ve premade the bombshell spell for about 4-5 servings and it seems to be ok.

    1. I wanted to ask the same question! Pulling that blender out every morning before the sun comes up is a big no-no in my house!

  6. Does anyone have a opinion on apple cider vinegar pill supplements? My gag reflect for drinking it is superior and I’m wondering if the supplements would work just as well with out the gag?

  7. I drink the BS every morning. I can drink it like a shot so it goes down super fast. The Meta-D has too much liquid for me to drink without gagging on the ACV.

  8. Perfect timing!! I’ve been sampling all of the Suja drinking vinegar flavors, but would much prefer to make my own! Thank you!

  9. i just tried the blueberry one love it ! is it ok to have these in the afternoon ? thanks girls x

  10. I notice all these recipes use 2 tbs of vinegar, but the meta-d only uses 1 – are they equally effective?

  11. i can’t wait to try these! I’ve tried the original meta-d in the nutrition plan, but 8 oz was a lot of liquid and it was hard for me to finish. Are we supposed to be drinking all 8 ounces as a drink or using less liquid and taking it as a shot?

  12. I have a bombshell spell shot, daily! Love the new versions! Cannot wait to try them. :D

  13. These look great, thank you for posting this. I tried the BS but got out of the habit of taking it.

  14. These are awesome! I was looking for another way to down my meta d and these are perfect. Thanks K+K!

  15. Could you sip on these in the evenings as well in place of a glass of wine?

  16. This is the only way I can drink ACV without gagging. Thanks so much for posting these recipes. I have mixed strawberries and mangos and also strawberries and kiwi. I hope it is ok to make the night before. I throw everything in my Ninja cup and then blend it in the morning.

  17. At last a smoothie that doesn’t have loads of ingredients! I have just made the strawberry one and it tastes amazing! 😊

  18. Has anyone got an answer on whether you can make a batch of them and keep them in the fridge? Like @StephBartolome, the blender going every morning isn’t ideal in my house either!!

    1. Hi!
You can make a batch and store in the fridge in a glass container for up to 3-4 days :)

  19. You guys are awesome! Starting on these daily today! I’m looking forward to the bikini series this year!

  20. Thanks so much for sharing! I’ve been stacking up recipes left and right for this Bikini Series!

  21. I’m in LOVE with these lil’ ACV sippers! Been having one every morning! Great pre workout drink!

  22. Hii, little question, do you need the drink the whole 8 oz. Or just a shot each morning?
I didn’t liked the taste of ACV, some tips? Already added more strawberries.

  23. I’m allergic to apples. Does anyone have a substitute for AVC?? Thanks!

  24. I’m so excited to try these! I love the meta d and BSS but I do get a bit tired of the same drink day to day! I’m going to give these a try! Thanks! <3
