Yogurt Chia Pudding
cup chia seeds
cup greek yogurt
cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
tsp vanilla extract
cup berries per serving
STEP 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 2: Split the pudding into two separate containers and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days. Top each serving with 1/2 cup berries.
