Yoga Glow Smoothie

We love this smoothie post-yoga to replenish electrolytes and hydrate muscles. Ginger gives this blend a subtle kick that pairs perfectly with the tropical vibes of mango and coconut Tone It Up Protein. Blend this baby up after a flow or vinyasa sequence! ;)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1

    cup coconut water

  • 1/4

    cup kale

  • 1/2

    cup frozen mango

  • 1/2

    frozen banana

  • 1/2

    scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein

  • 1

    slice fresh ginger

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

  1. Karla, I’m sure you can still have this smoothie if you do yoga at night. If you find it too energizing because of the ginger then you’ll know it’s not a good night-time fit for you. :) Good luck!
