In addition to celebrating the special guys in our lives, we have some other big plans for today…meal prep! This week, we’re all prepping for the 7 Day Slim Down. I’m prepping live with you on Insta @ToneItUp this morning, too! This weeklong plan is the perfect way to finish the Bikini Series feelin’ strong, light, and lean! We’re so excited to do the Slim Down together! We’ve gotten a lot of questions about what to do if you’re traveling during the Slim Down and guess what? We’ll be traveling next week too, so we’re right there with ya! That’s why prep is everything. When we prep on Sundays, we have healthy snacks on hand no matter where we are or what we’re doing. That’s especially important when there’s a mini bar involved ;)

  1. I made the coconut macaroons whilst watching! The hubby and I had a sneaky taste and they’re amazing!!! Also prepped my lean protein, chia seed pudding and k&k salad! Feeling ready to go xxx

  2. I’m prepping tofu and tempeh for the week, but I usually marinade them in a mixture of soy sauce and rice vinegar. Due to the salt I’m thinking that won’t be 7DSD approved 😲 How do you suggest I add flavor to my tofu during the slim down?

    1. Try pressing the tofu, then mix a blend of spices together in a bowl to serve as a “dry rub”. Toss the pressed tofu in the spice blend. Sauté the tofu in a pan to give it some crispiness and then bake it in the oven for about 20 min :)

      1. I marinated mine in a mix of 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, 1 T maple syrup, 1 tsp garlic powder and Italian seasoning (or rosemary would be amazing too!) after pressing it like Caitlin Riley said above (I never used to do this but it makes a huge difference, it soaks up the marinade way better!). This way there’s no salt added but still has some yummy flavor! Cuz I usually marinate mine in soy sauce and rice vinegar too ;) We got this!!

  4. In the 7 day slim down PDF, are the slim down mini muffins the egg muffins or something else?

    1. they are the blue berry mini muffins on the second page of recipes in the slim down underneath the protein pancakes!
