In addition to celebrating the special guys in our lives, we have some other big plans for today…meal prep! This week, we’re all prepping for the 7 Day Slim Down. I’m prepping live with you on Insta @ToneItUp this morning, too! This weeklong plan is the perfect way to finish the Bikini Series feelin’ strong, light, and lean! We’re so excited to do the Slim Down together! We’ve gotten a lot of questions about what to do if you’re traveling during the Slim Down and guess what? We’ll be traveling next week too, so we’re right there with ya! That’s why prep is everything. When we prep on Sundays, we have healthy snacks on hand no matter where we are or what we’re doing. That’s especially important when there’s a mini bar involved ;)

You can store them in the fridge for up to 4 days and just pop them in the toaster when you’re ready to eat!
✓ Bake it up babe
Make those coconut macaroons we’re all obsessed with and the Slim Down Muffins from the new 7DSD plan. Store them in your Pop ‘N Go Meal Prep Containers for snacks all week. Your kitchen is about to smell amazzzzzing!
✓ Mix up your Pick Me Up Chia Seed Pudding
We love storing this in individual glass containers for easy grab ‘n go!
✓ Grill your lean proteins
You can prep the new 7DSD approved burgers, too!
✓ Get those greens ready
You’ll need ’em for your delicious M3 salads! We always marinade our greens on Sunday.
