Summer Berry Parfait

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2

    cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1

    cup Blueberries

  • 1

    cup strawberries

  • 1

    cup plain greek yogurt (almond or coconut works too!)

  • 1

    cup Perfect Fit Quinoa Crisps

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1:  In a tall glass or mason jar, layer the strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, yogurt & quinoa crisps.
STEP 2: Repeat until the glass is full!
