INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2

    collard greens

  • 4-6

    oz grilled chicken

  • 1

    Tbs red onion, chopped

  • 3

    strawberries

  • 2

    Tbs fresh mint, chopped

  • Drizzle agave

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Lay all ingredients in your collard green. Wrap up and enjoy!

  1. I didn’t have collard greens, so I put this over about 2 cups of spinach and made a salad out of it. I liked this a lot! Will definitely be adding this one to my rotation this summer!
