Spicy Burrito Roll

  • 1

    rice paper

  • 1

    Tbsp chopped bell pepper

  • 1

    Tbsp chopped red onion

  • 2

    Tbsp black beans

  • 2

    Tbsp shredded lettuce

  • 1

    slice avocado

  • 1

    Tbsp fresh corn

  • 3

    jalepeno slices

  • salsa to dip


STEP 1: Soak each rice paper in water until soft. Lay out on a flat surface.
STEP 2: Add ingredients to the center so that there's about an inch or more on all sides. Tuck the top and bottom pieces in. Roll the right side over and keep rolling up until it forms a burrito shape.
STEP 3: Dip in TIU approved salsa!
