  1. I’m having a really hard time staying motivated and staying away from food I know I should not be eating. Do you have any advice or tips you could give me??

    1. L says:

Omg I love them too and found out that they’re the YHF Los Angeles sunglasses in the style “Maddie”!

  2. Hi Girls!

I haven’t really gotten into the smoothies because I don’t have a blender. I’ve been looking into buying one but there’s so many! What blender do you recommend?

    1. Hi babe! We have a couple different blenders at home and the HQ. One big one and one smaller Nutribullet for single serving smoothies. Any brand works as long as you love it. A store like Kohl’s has lots of options to choose from! xxo

    2. I just bought one yesterday. I had a Ninja for 10+ years but wasn’t making the smoothies as “creamy” as I wanted. After reading many reviews, I bought the Ninja Professional 1100 W blender, at Target on sale for $99 right now. It also came with two personal size containers, perfect for smoothies on the go. It is AMAZING!!

  3. Looking forward to this Smoothie Challenge! By the way, where can I buy blue majik spirulina? I can’t find it anywhere!

  4. I just like to preset smoothies in mason jars in the freezer so all I need is coconut water and a scoop of the vanilla protein. Now my kids drink them also! Mango and spinach with a little ginger is my favorite now. Maybe with some frozen cherries if there isn’t enough fruit. I noticed the coconut water seems to help with muscle cramps – my migraine meds give me low potassium and a healthy diet is important for the migraines and the side effects.

  5. Hi!! A lot of times you use cauliflower in your smoothies, and I would love to use it, but I am intolerant to it. What can I use instead? Thank you!!<3
