Slim Down Scramble


1 serving


  • 3

    egg whites

  • 1

    cup spinach

  • 1/4

    cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4

    cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    tsp. your favorite seasoning


STEP 1: Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
STEP 2: Saute spinach and mushrooms with 1⁄4 cup of water on medium heat until the spinach has wilted, the mushrooms are lightly browned and all water has evaporated.
STEP 3: Add tomatoes, then pour egg whites over veggies in the skillet and mix together.
STEP 4: Cook for about three minutes or until eggs have solidified.

  1. When should the Mrs. Dash listed in the ingredients be added? Forgive me! I’m a brand new cook :p

  2. Hi, in the old nutrition plan it says to add avocado and black beans which I love to do but in the new plan they are not mentioned. I’m starting the 7 day slim down next week and just wana be sure that I can add those things or not. Please could you let me know if poss. Thank you.

    1. We recommend sticking to the listed plan as closely as possible for the best results, but if you feel like you need more food, then you can definitely add those additions in :)

  4. Is it possible to do the tofu scramble for the 7DSD? I don’t eat eggs ? or can I stick with my favorite perfect fit pancakes?

  5. Hi! I’m allergic to eggs (esp egg whites, bummer!). Is tofu an acceptable replacement? If so, how much? Or what other replacement would you recommend?

  6. I am so excited to start the 7 Day Slimdown this Monday! I’m putting together my grocery list for meal prep now. M1 for Day One is a “7 Day Slimdown Scramble” – is this it?

  7. Prepping for 7DSD as well!! Can you make these as muffins for the week? Any tips for this?

  8. I’m getting ready to start the 7DSD for my friends wedding! I’m wondering when all of the meals should be eaten? I wake up at 7am and usually have a pretty busy day. Should I try to make myself eat a meal every 2-3 hours? I was thinking 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm, 7pm? Should they be spaced closer together?
