INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4

    cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/2

    cup almond butter

  • 1

    Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2

    Tbsp honey

  • 1/2

    cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2

    cup chopped almonds

  • 1/4

    cup goji berries (or superfood of choice)

  • 1/4

    cup cacao nibs

  • coconut oil spray

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Melt the coconut oil.
STEP 2: Combine almond butter and coconut oil in a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
STEP 3: Spray a baking dish with coconut oil spray.
STEP 4: Press mixture into baking dish and keep in the fridge until ready to be eaten.
