  1. I hope Target treats you girls good because I only go there for Tone It Up protein and end up spending hundreds more than planned!

    1. Me too, I started ordering items online from target and just getting them delivered for free if the order is over $25 or I set up a store pick up and I just walk in and walk out. It helps me curb my spending.

  2. Omg! I got lucky and have both new flavors! Just finished making the PB&J Overnight Oats and can’t wait to try the other new recipes!! 🍓

  3. The treats sold out online the day they started selling them and NONE of the targets anywhere close have them available in the store. Please tell me you will restock then soon!!

    1. Or did you all even start selling the brownie bites/pb cookie bites and snicker doodle bites yet?

    1. Yes, I agree. I prefer not to shop at Target, but have made an exception to get the things you are not offering on the TIU site. Thank you for all the new goodies; cannot wait to try them.

    1. @runwithit I bought a stovetop pressure espresso maker at Publix (not aluminum) for about $14. I love that thing. It makes me 3 serving of espresso. I choose cafe bustelo most of the time.

  4. Oh my gosh these all sound amazing! Definitely running to the kitchen after work to make these. What do you recommend as a vegan substitute for the egg whites in the cookies? Thanks!

      1. Hi I’m a new Tone It Up member. I’m so glad to be part of the Tone It Up Community. I’ll be starting the program when I get a job so that way I could purchase the stuff I need

        1. Hi babe!! Welcome to the TIU team! We’re SO happy to have you as a part of this community 🤗

  5. OMG I am obsessed with the new PB protein I made PB protein waffles this morning with 1 tsp cacao powder in the waffle recipe and just wow they were so delicious!!!!

My mom had some with me and said “these taste too good to be healthy lol” and I said “thats what TIU is all about!”

So pumped for the Bikini series to start yay:)

    1. Thanks for sharing this idea. I LOVE peanut butter, so I have been thinking of all the ways I can use it (put it in everything, lol).

  6. No Target in Canada and Target doesn’t ship here. Canadians get royally screwed over. Have to pay double for everything.

    1. Caitlyn,
I found out Target DOES ship to Canada!! If you shop at intl.target.com you can view things in Canadian dollars and they do ship to Canada. I just looked and all of the TIU items are currently in stock! It does get pretty expensive with the exchange rate and shipping….TIU, can you make your items available on Amazon.ca??
Us Canadian girls want alllll the goods too!! <3

        1. Unfortunately the peanut butter protein powder isn’t on the TIU website. ☹️

  7. I can’t wait to try the peanut butter recipes! I would love a strawberry flavor too!

  8. Thank you SO much!! Can’t wait to try. I’ve been meaning to send an email asking if you would ever bring the latte perfect fit back bc it’s my favorite. Crossing my fingers this tastes like it!! ❤️❤️

  9. For those following the nutrition plan, on the grocery lists for the past bikini series edition, does it have everything you need to make that weeks meals? Or is there extra stuff or not enough stuff to make everything? Just don’t want to go buy anything I’m not going to need!

    1. Hi babe! Your grocery lists have exactly what you need to make for that week’s meals! If you already have some of the staples in your pantry, you’re all set on those items. We make it super easy for you! xxo

  10. Hi Team

Is there any way you can have the Protein bar on the website?
The amazon shipment is really more expansive than yours and I would love try the bare
