Pick Me Up Chia Pudding

We love this recipe! Not only is it super easy to meal prep, it's perfect for Meal 4 on the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan! It's low glycemic index, so it won't spike your blood sugar levels and it'll keep your energy levels stead all afternoon!
Oh, and it makes a great dessert!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2
cup of coconut milk
From a carton, OR you can use all almond milk
- 1/2
cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4
cup whole chia seeds
- 1
Tbsp of pure maple syrup or agave
- Toppings
- 1
Tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings
- 1
tsp cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Add coconut milk, almond milk, and maple syrup to a large bowl and then, stir in chia seeds.

STEP 3: Top with your coconut shavings and cacao nibs before serving and enjoy!
