Tone It Up Protein Pancake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1

    scoop Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/2

    mashed banana

  • 1/4

    cup egg whites

  • 1/2

    Tbsp almond milk

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    cup Blueberries

  • 1

    Tbsp coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in protein and half of your blueberries.
STEP 2: Spray pan with coconut oil cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Make small ones if it's your first time!
STEP 3: The key is to cook them low and slow! Wait longer on the first side and look for the edges to be brown and the middle to bubble up. With a large spatula, flip your pancake.
STEP 4: Top with blueberries, coconut, and drizzle 2 tsp honey or maple syrup.
