Our 5 Best Meal Prep Tips

Hi babe! We love spending Sundays to prep our minds, bodies, and meals for the week! Today we’re sharing a few of our BEST prep tips! These are game changers and will make your life SO much easier on busy weekdays…cuz no one’s got time for tons of chopping after a long day! We like to set aside a couple hours one day a week to get all our prep done ~ for us that’s usually Sunday but do whatever works for you girl. If you have off work on a Tuesday, make that your prep day! Had a Sunday Funday and didn’t have time? Get it girl! Monday works too 😌Just as long as you’re prepped and ready to go!

Prep Your Breakfast!

Egg muffins are one of our absolute favorites to prep for busy days to grab and go. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil and fill with egg whites, chopped spinach and zucchini (or any of your favorite veggies!), and your fave herbs + spices. You can add yolk if you want too. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Store them in your fridge for up to four days. They’re amazing with a little sriracha too!!

Whip Up Your Chia Seed Pudding!

Chia seeds make everything so creamy and delicious ~ they have the best texture! Plus they’re packed with fiber and keep you feeling satisfied. We whip up a big batch of Chia Seed Pudding on Sunday and keep it in the fridge all week for an afternoon pick-me-up snack. We love adding fresh berries, nuts, and coconut flakes on top for even more flavor!

Prep Your Veggies!

We pre-chop all our veggies for the week and store them in our Meal Prep Containers in the fridge. That way we can easily reach for a snack (veggies with hummus, guac, or salsa is SO good!), add them to our salads, and have them ready for our Tray Bakes and stir-fry dinners. Saves so much time on weeknights!

Chop Your Kale!

This tip is a game changer. We use kitchen shears to chop up kale for salads, that way it’s SO much easier and less messy to eat!

Stock Up On Protein!

  1. Hey TIU! I’ve just opened my Bikini Series plan and I’m so excited to get started!!! I was just wondering, if I can’t see one of the recipes in the list at the end of the plan, does that mean it is in the original nutrition plan? xxx

  2. Hi!! I haven’t been able to find the latte or peanut butter protein at Target yet. Will it be available in the TIU store or just Target?

  3. Quick question – how much meta d / bombshell spell can you make at a time? Can you make several servings and store in the fridge? Thanks!

    1. I make 3 or 4 at a time and just keep them in the fridge. I have never had a problem with them! Hope this helps!
