cup coconut flour
tsp baking soda
Tbs fresh orange zest
cup egg whites
cup almond milk
cup coconut oil
cup your choice of add ins! See below for options.
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350° degrees F.
STEP 2: Mix together all dry ingredients. Add in all wet ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
STEP 3: Fold in orange zest, poppy seeds and any add ins you wish to use. We added dried cranberries!
STEP 4: Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and then pour in batter.
STEP 5: Bake 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
STEP 6: Serving size is for one muffin.
