NEW VIDEO ~ THIS is the Easiest Lunch Ever (and it’s slimming too!)

Hi beautiful! So you know we’re following the Bikini Series right along with you and we’re pretty pumped about today’s lunch on the Nutrition Plan Bikini Series Edition meal-by-meal guide! BIKINI WRAPS! These are one of our absolute faves for busy days at the HQ. They’re so simple and quick to prep, plus they’re a great way to pack tons of nutrients into one meal. You can customize your collard green wrap with all your favorite lean proteins and veggies too.

Katrina and I made each other wraps and then guessed what was in them. She was trying to take peeks at mine while we prepped! ;)

Check out the video below to see what we made each other. We pretty much had food on our face for the whole video 🙊

You can also watch on YouTube and Apple TV HERE!

  1. This is amazing, perfect for work! Thank you so much K&K :) I have been following TIU since BB2 and I am so impressed with this year’s series and how amazing all the posts, workouts (both BB5 & all the free workouts!) and extra videos have been! Its so exciting to watch these videos and to follow the nutrition plan and weekly workouts, the workouts keep getting better and better! This is my favorite set of workout videos you have made and I look forward to them every day. Thank you for all that you do, and I hope you come to Maryland during the tour this year! ;)

      1. I SO agree, this years bikini series has been bringing it to new heights! Thanks K and K! Xxx

  2. Do you have any suggestions what can be used as a wrap as a substitute for the collard greens? The taste is just a little too raw for me- and I can’t handle the thick stem in the middle. I’ve tried cutting the stem out, but then its too small to roll. Any other giant leafy greens?!

        1. The easiest way to eat them is to blanch them first. Boil some water in a large pan (enough water the cover the collard) and simply dunk it into the water for about 20-30 seconds for each side. Use the long stem as a handle. Then, it’s very pliable and easy to wrap. Cut the large stem off and thin out some of the thick stalk along the leaf.
Blanching really cuts down on that “raw” taste you’re talking about. AND makes it much easier to digest. Win, win.

          1. I eat it raw because I like the crunch but I’m sure it would taste great either way :)

  3. Mmmm yummy! The picture of the wrap at the top of this page looks awesome too — with mango, shrimp, & whatever else is in there!
There are so many great variations you can do with wraps :) Two thumbs up!

  4. If anyone isn’t a fan of collard greens I tried the bikini wraps with napa cabbage and they turned out great as well:) just another option to enjoy! Love these recipe videos!

  5. Thanks for the tip on collards. Tried last night for dinner with Tina. Made several smaller ones because I just took out the stem, cut in half. I liked the firmer texture though it made me chew, taste, fulfilled. 😉
