Hi beautiful! So you know we’re following the Bikini Series right along with you and we’re pretty pumped about today’s lunch on the Nutrition Plan Bikini Series Edition meal-by-meal guide! BIKINI WRAPS! These are one of our absolute faves for busy days at the HQ. They’re so simple and quick to prep, plus they’re a great way to pack tons of nutrients into one meal. You can customize your collard green wrap with all your favorite lean proteins and veggies too.
Katrina and I made each other wraps and then guessed what was in them. She was trying to take peeks at mine while we prepped! ;)

TIU Tip: To soften your collard green wrap, simmer it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. To take your wrap on the go, wrap it in tin foil and peel the foil back as you eat. Enjoy babe!
