What’s your favorite part about making a smoothie bowl?! Katrina’s is decorating it with pretty toppings….mine is eating it! ;) Today, we’re talking all about how to create the most delicious and gorgeous Bikini Bowls. Kat has a pro tip when it comes to toppings ~ add a little bit to the bottom of your bowl as well as the top. That way, when you’re getting to the bottom, you’ll still have more toppings. Genius!

When we wing it with whatever’s in the kitchen that’s when the real magic happens! Almond butter + cacao + chocolate Tone It Up Protein? Hello dessert smoothie bowl! 1. Wow girls, these recipes look so amazing! I love all your ideas and all this positive and inspiring energy! I will try it out for sure. I try to make more green smoothies with not so many fruits in it but in the summer time it will be perfect to have such a smoothie instead of an ice cream. Thank you for all these beautiful ideas! Love you K&K!

  2. My schedule is so busy M-F I never get to enjoy smoothie bowls, making my weekend smoothie bowls that much more delicious! Thanks for the new recipes

  3. Haha You two are really fun to watch!!! Peaches was totally a song by the Presidents of the United States of America and definitely from the 90’s! That made me laugh out loud!!

  4. Kat, your abs in this video 🔥 – goals!

I love smoothie bowls, but currently I’m living overseas and don’t have a good blender, they take forever to make so are an occasional treat. I like to use frozen banana and berries then add greens (spirulina or super greens powder, plus frozen spinach). topped with home made chocolate granola! (nuts, seeds and buckwheat, with cacao, coconut oil and a lil maple syrup. It’s the best!)

  5. For all my fellow Nutella lovers, i’ll make a smoothie with chocolate Perfect Fit, 1/2 frozen banana, almond milk, and some hazelnuts! So tasty!

    1. This sounds amazing! I sometimes used to make a coffee protein smoothie with hazelnut milk and banana – but I can’t buy hazelnut milk where I live now so I’ll have to give your suggestion a try!

    1. …as a topping. The coconut protein w blueberries is bomb, but so is the coconut protein with mango, papaya and pineapple. Looks like the coconut protein should be a staple in every ladies Tone It Up pantry!☺

  6. My meal prep involves making a couple smoothies for smoothie bowls, FREEZING them in freezer safe cups. That way the laborous part is done, and whenever I plan to enjoy a smoothie bowl, I will let the smoothie slowly thaw in the fridge overnight. In the morning, it’s thawed enough to dump into a bowl and top with my favorite toppings! So week day friendly.
