  1. Thank you SO much for this!!! I’ve been looking for different ways to incorporate the Coconut PF into my recipes :)

  2. Yummm 😋 This sounds so good. I may try making mango syrup with some stevia to put on these!

  3. Please PLEASE make a video with advice as to cooking the vegan version of these!! Many vegans in the TIU community, forums and even on reddit are having issues with making these pancakes with flax egg or chia egg. I have been on your vegan nutrition plan for 3 years, and still cannot figure out the best way to make these. Advice would be awesome!

    1. Yes please! People have had a few issues especially with the baking recipes in the vegan version… But, either way, thank you already for having the vegan version :)

    2. Yes please!! There are a lot of comments underneath the Youtube video about this as well. The vegan Perfect Fit recipes in the plan don’t work for any baked treats such as muffins, cakes or pancakes! Please @toneitup help your girls out :))

      1. Apparently If you combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon baking powder, this ace as binding as 1 egg, or use 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder in place of the egg for binding. I’ve used arrowroot before and I don’t remember having any trouble with it. Not used it in pancakes though!

        1. Ooh thank you for the tip, I will try arrowroot next! Do I mix it with water first (like a chia egg) or just put 2 Tbsp directly into the batter?

  4. Hey girls, I live in Europe and it’s very difficult to get coconut flavored vegan protein. Can you recommend how can I make this pancakes more coconuty :) with vanilla protein?

    1. I use regular protein powder and add coconut flakes, use coconut milk over almond milk and sometimes a little coconut oil.

  5. Just ordered Coconut Perfect Fit yesterday!!! Does any one have any suggestions on what to use besides bananas in the recipe??

  6. Yes Katrina, not all the time but there are definitely times I make the mmmmm sound effect when I eat and have a happy face :)

  7. @toneitup is there a specific reason you use an egg white instead of a whole egg?
Thanks for any info you can provide:)

  8. Profile photo of L8 L8 says:

Hi #tiuteam @tiuteam. Greetings from Sweden and Stockholm.
I looooved your video and the pancakes. Keep those food videos coming

  9. I know you said Bobby and Brian both love the perfect fit I was wondering if they use it in their smoothies too or do they use a different protein powder? I’m looking for a clean protein powder for my husband to use

    1. Yes! Brian and Bobby both love it and use it in their smoothies. Our clean protein is totally TIU hubby approved! :)

  10. OMG! The quinoa recipe is live changing, for sure one of my Favs, i don’t put cinnamon in because i don’t like it, so instead i put cocoa and it’s soooo good!

  11. Those coconut pancakes / waffles are LIFE. I’ve been adding a tsp of cacao nibs to the batter as well… OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!
