BIKINI SERIES VIDEO ~ Slimming Coconut Bikini Pancakes!

You know protein pancakes are a staple for us #TIUgirls! Kat actually first made them for me years ago after a night out. I wanted chocolate and she was like, “Wait I have something even better!” It was love at first bite!

These pancakes taste so decadent and they’re made with the best healthy ingredients like our like our non-GMO, clean, gluten-free Tone It Up Protein. Now we both whip up pancakes every Saturday morning for Bobby and Brian.

We have a treat for you today…Coconut Bikini Pancakes! These are made with coconut Tone It Up Protein and coconut flakes for an extra tropical vibe. When Bobby first tried these pancakes, the first thing he said was that TIU girls are going to LOVE them!! And he’s totally right! ; )

Coconut Bikini Pancakes


1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein

1/2 banana, mashed

1 tsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 cup egg whites

Optional 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk (if your batter is too thick)

Coconut oil spray

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

2. Spray a pan with coconut oil spray and heat to medium. Add batter and cook until bubbles appear. (Just like any pancake!)

3. Flip and cook until the other side is finished, about 3 minutes.

4. Add optional additional 1 tsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 1 Tbsp. maple syrup and enjoy!

  1. Please PLEASE make a video with advice as to cooking the vegan version of these!! Many vegans in the TIU community, forums and even on reddit are having issues with making these pancakes with flax egg or chia egg. I have been on your vegan nutrition plan for 3 years, and still cannot figure out the best way to make these. Advice would be awesome!

      1. Apparently If you combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons water, and 1 teaspoon baking powder, this ace as binding as 1 egg, or use 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder in place of the egg for binding. I’ve used arrowroot before and I don’t remember having any trouble with it. Not used it in pancakes though!

  2. I know you said Bobby and Brian both love the perfect fit I was wondering if they use it in their smoothies too or do they use a different protein powder? I’m looking for a clean protein powder for my husband to use
