cup oat flour (or almond meal)
cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein
tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
tsp vanilla extract
cup plain greek yogurt
cup coconut milk from a carton
coconut oil spray
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
STEP 2: In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and whisk to combine.
STEP 3: In a seperate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Add the poppyseeds, lemon juice and zest to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
STEP 4: Spray a muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
