Yum! I’ll be making these soon! I just received my new Perfect Fit and oh my gosh, I’m super impressed! You gals did a great job, congratulations :) I posted a full review on my Instagram if any gals are interested @karli_tonesup …and is that a to-go packet I see in the pic?!

  2. Silvia says:

oooh! Looks like to-go packets are coming back?!

  3. samantha says:

Hi K&K! I noticed that in the beginning of this post you girls referred to these pancakes as “your weekend morning indulgence”… but I’ve always thought of these pancakes as super healthy and even part of the 7 day slimdown, never as an “indulgence”… are these something we should be eating just once in a while as a treat or something, or is it OK to have these as a daily TIU approved breakfast, even on the slimdown? Thanks you guys!

    1. toneitupcom says:

Hi Samantha! YES! These are great anytime :) We sometimes throw some chocolate chips or extra syrup on them on the weekend!!!

      1. samantha says:

also, will you guys be releasing the packets soon? i spied one in the picture above! just wondering when we can get those — can’t wait! xo

  4. ajohns1290 says:

Does anyone have a substitute for the banana? I loathe bananas…even the tiniest bit. Thanks!!!

    1. toneitupcom says:

Try out 1/4 of an avocado and another splash of almond milk!

  5. Rebekah Sunday says:

Is there a vegan substitute for the egg white?

  6. Mikaella says:

These were delicious! The batter came out a bit thick however; would a splash of almond milk or water be ok to thin it out?

  7. Morgan Wright says:

YUMMMM!!!!!! Made these last weekend and was BLOWN AWAY. So delicious and filling and, bonus, I didn’t feel miserable after eating them!!! Thanks so much Tone It UP and K&K

  8. Brandi Jones says:

Is there anything I can substitute the flax meal with?

  9. Madeline says:

Could I use Almond Meal instead of the Flax Meal?

  10. Ruth says:

I just made these, I didn’t think I would feel full but they were surprisingly filling! I used a tablespoon of buckwheat flour in place of the protein powder to thicken it a bit, and they turned out awesome. These are going to be a staple for me now :) cheers.

  11. I really want to make these but I’m highly allergic to lemon, juice and zest. Is there any alternative I could use not just with this recipe but with others, I usually use grapefruit or lime but never in baking. Any advice would be great as I’m anaphylatic.
    Thank you x

    1. Grapefruit actually sounds like a yummy substitute! Even lime sounds good! You could try lime and add a little bit of coconut and pineapple juice (or pineapple pieces) to the actual batter to make tropical type pancake!

  12. Is there a coffee substitute? And is there a specific reason why it’s in the mixture?

  13. Do you have any tips on how to make these? I spray the pan and cook them on medium heat but they always burn and fall apart! They are still delish even if they do t look perfect ?

  14. These are THE best protein pancakes I have ever had! I love the protein pancakes from the plan, but I love how fluffy and flavorful these ones came out. I did add blueberries in the batter. ? I will for sure be making these again! Thank you Karena and Katrina !!!!

  15. Any suggestions for not using the perfect fit protein for shakes and pancakes?
I was unable to have the stevia in the old version and not sure how I will react to the monk fruit sweetener.

    Any other suggestions for breakfast?

  16. I tried to make these last week and the batter just seemed too thick somehow, so I added more almond milk. The pancakes just turned out lumpy and even though they were browned on the outside, they still weren’t cooked all the way through on the inside– NOT fluffy at all. What did I do wrong? Any tips?

  17. I just made these with the new Coconut PerfectFit and they were delish!!!! I added a little (one splash) almond milk and that helped them to come together more and not be so sticky. Definitely a yummy first attempt with the new powder for me!

  18. I made these with lime instead of lemon and I had almond meal instead of flax, and then I mashed some strawberries for topping … BEST TIU pancakes EVER!

  19. These look soo good! But I was wondering how much is a scoop of protein powder? Like in tablespoons.
