Jalapeño Cucumber Sip

    slices cucumber

  • 1

    lime, juiced

  • 1

    tsp. honey

  • 1/4

    jalapeño, diced with seeds removed

  • 8

    oz. sparkling water

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: In the bottom of a glass, muddle the cucumber, lime juice, honey, and jalapeño.
STEP 2: Add sparkling water and ice.

Jalapeño is filled with capsaicin, which boosts your metabolism and helps keep colds at bay! Plus, it just tastes amaze if you're feeling a little spicy ;)
