Healthy Super Bowl Nachos For The Win!

Chips, buffalo wings, hot dogs...they're all there! Bringing your own healthy option to share with the party is the best way to ensure that you'll have a treat you can enjoy, too! Today we're bringing you nachos. YUP. Healthy nachos. We're obsessed! We even made a brand new, totally delish spicy guacamole recipe to go with them. Your friends will be huddling around this dish all night. Enjoy!!
PRO TIP: This recipe works really well with a mandolin slicer for extra crispy sweet potato chips, but you can also cut really thin slices with your knife.
