Healthy Dips You Need To TRY!

I dip, you dip, we DIP!
We love making our own sauces, dips, and dressings. During the spring and summer, there are so many fresh herbs available at farmers’ markets and grocery stores. Take advantage of these tasty herbs and add them to all of your meals! We love mixing fresh herbs with olive oil or greek yogurt for a delicious dressing.
Check out our fave combos below!
Minty Lemon Drizzle
So light and refreshing! This goes great paired with some grilled asparagus or a leafy green salad.
serves 6
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. honey
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk. Store in a glass container in the fridge for a week. When in the fridge, the olive oil will thicken due to the temperature. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before using!

Pinch of salt
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a glass container in the fridge for a week. When in the fridge, the olive oil will thicken due to the temperature. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before using!
