Healthy & Delicious Raspberry Toast Recipe
Mhmm is there anything better than fresh berries on a summer morning?! This delicious and simple Raspberry Toast has been my go-to breakfast during these warmer months! The combo of yogurt (coconut yogurt is my fave), fresh raspberries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey is insanely delicious! I love pairing this recipe with iced coffee or matcha! 🤗

Makes 1 serving
1 slice Ezekiel or gluten-free bread
1 Tbsp. coconut or almond yogurt
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
1. Toast the bread.
2. Combine all ingredients on the toast.
