Mhmm is there anything better than fresh berries on a summer morning?! This delicious and simple Raspberry Toast has been my go-to breakfast during these warmer months! The combo of yogurt (coconut yogurt is my fave), fresh raspberries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey is insanely delicious! I love pairing this recipe with iced coffee or matcha! 🤗

Raspberry Toast

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients

1 slice Ezekiel or gluten-free bread

1 Tbsp. coconut or almond yogurt

1/4 cup raspberries

1 tsp. honey

1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

1. Toast the bread.

2. Combine all ingredients on the toast.

  1. LOVE this recipe so much. And love swapping the yogurt for peanut butter ;).
    I don’t have Ezekiel bread in the small town I live in currently.. would whole wheat bread be good as well?

    1. Try a whole grain, versus the whole wheat, if you can find one. Also, I know certain stores will take comment cards with suggestions on products you want. The third option I would suggest is shopping online for the Ezekial bread. <3 Hope these help!
