Green Bean Bake
cups green beans, washed and trimmed
cloves garlic, minced
yellow onion, diced
- 2 1/2
Tbsp. olive oil
cup diced mushrooms
cup whole wheat bread crumbs (or gluten free bread crumbs)
Tbsp. nutritional yeast
pinch of salt
coconut oil spray
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
STEP 2: In a large pan over medium heat, add 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
STEP 3: Add green beans and sauté for 10 minutes.
STEP 4: In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Add in bread crumbs and toss to combine.
STEP 5: Pour green bean mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with coconut oil. Top with bread crumb mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot!
