Garlic & White Bean Hummus!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2

    cup cooked white beans

  • 2

    garlic cloves

  • 2

    Tbs. olive oil

  • 3

    Tbs. lemon juice

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • pepper to taste

  • red pepper flakes for garnish

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Add all ingredients to food processor or high speed blender and puree until smooth.
STEP 2: Keeps for 4-5 days in a covered container in the fridge. Serve with veggies, Kale chips or healthy flatbread!
