  • 1/2

    frozen banana

  • 2

    Tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1

    Tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened

  10. Hi Beach Babes! I had the delicious coconut chica smoothie today….so good! as I’m brand spanking new to counting my calories, can anyone direct me to how I can find the calorie count on this recipe?

  11. I agree with some that not all recipes have calories, fats, proteins with them on the posts. I know some think it is unhealthy to count stuff like that, but like for me I am a long time vegetarian and now mostly vegan bc I’m lactose intolerant. I need to keep track of the amount of protein and other healthy fats and carbs to make sure I’m getting the right amount every day. I’ve been in the position where I was just eating and not making sure I was getting what my body needed and was losing hair, nails became weak, and the Drs told me if I want to continue eating as a vegetarian to make sure I’m getting what I need or I could run the risk of becoming diabetic. Soooo pretty pretty please include it on all posts!
