    cup rolled oats

  • 4

    tsp chia seeds

  • 2

    tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1

    Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2

    cup berries of choice

  • 1

    cup unsweetened BOXED (not canned) coconut milk

  • 1

    scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Combine everything in a bowl. Split mixture into two mason jars. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
