Citrus Cherry Salad

We love creating new, exciting things for this community and these tasty, organic Quinoa Crisps were developed from our desire to give you a clean, added pop of crunch to just about anything. After spending some time in our test kitchen, we came up with an ahhh-mazing salad that's sweet, crunchy and totally TIU Nutrition Plan approved!

SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2

    cups mixed greens (we used arugula)

  • 1

    cup cucumber, diced

  • 1

    cup green beans, chopped

  • 1

    blood orange, sliced

  • 1/2

    cup dried cherries

  • 1

    cup Perfect Fit Quinoa Crisps

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Add all ingredients to a bowl. Dress with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing from your Tone It Up Nutrition Plan!
