INGREDIENTS

    scoop vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/2

    cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1

    cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1

    Tbsp almond butter

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
STEP 2: Add 1/4 cup extra almond milk if you like your smoothie thinner!
