Can’t wait to try some new recipes! I want to buy flour but unsure which type to get that I can use for different recipes. Any suggestions on which is a best all round flour for tiu baking please? Thanks!

    1. Hi!

We mostly use almond meal/flour or oat flour. You can use them pretty interchangeably :)

  2. SO EXCITED to try these! They look delicious! Will we be getting our meal plan soon for the love your body challenge? :) Can’t wait to see all of the new recipes!

  3. Oh my!! I can not wait to make these. Figs are one of my favorites! I call them nature’s candy. :)

  4. Sooo excited for some new recipes! When do us TIU girl’s receive the nutrition plan?!

  5. Used dates instead of figs and they’re in the oven now! The batter tasted super yummy – can’t wait to try them!!

  6. I am allergic to nuts. Any recommendations for the best non-dairy replacement for the almond milk?

  7. Can I use almond flour in replace of oat flour? Trying to use up that before going out to buy more :)

  8. Looking thru the Nutrition Plan and the Love Your Body series and needless to say I am so excited to try out these recipes 😍😍😍 @toneitup is it ok to mix and match recipes from one week to the next? Like if I want to trade in the slim down slaw (not a big fan of coleslaw) what could I use instead??

    1. Absolutely! You can mix and match any recipes from the plan to make it work for you and what you like!😘

  9. Hi! I love the delicious TIU plan muffins so much!! I’m not doing protein powder during my pregnancy. Is there something I can sub for the protein powder to make some yummy muffins?! Thanks babes 😘

  10. Yummy ! Any suggestions for a substitute for bananas ? I’m allergic :(

  11. I am so excited to finally become an official member!! I was first introduced to you both in my old SELF magazine in college, YEARS ago and fell in love!! I do your work outs on youtube and bought your old love you body dvd and the 28 day book! Butttt as a busy momma of two toddlers i have been reading instagram stories about women who have transformed their entire lives and finally decided what better time then now to start !!!! Day one work out complete and all meals prepped for the first week!!!!

    1. 1/4 cup apple sauce and ‘flax egg’ (1tbs ground flawseeds with 3 tbs of hot water, soak for 5 minutes).

  12. These are delicious, made a batch with dates instead of figs and I’m in love. They made my place smell like cinammony goodness.

  13. Hey Gals!
I made these with brown rice flour and raisins and craisins as that’s what I had at the time. So good! I can’t keep my TIU husband out of them. Keep these great recipes coming!

  14. Hey all-
I made the coconut macaroons and they turned brown. Is this normal? Also, what happened to the community message boards?

  15. I used liners instead of spraying the tin. Now I have 36 muffins! 😅 They taste really good so I’m not complaining!

  16. Oh my god! I cannot believe how delish they taste :O My absolut faves <3 I'm soo excited trying out all of these amazing recipes :)

  17. Mo says:

Made these for the 2nd time, soooo good, even the hubs liked them!!! This will be a staple in the household for sure :)

  18. I’ve made a lot of the TIU muffins but these were so moist and delicious – can also sub raisins instead of figs for even faster & easier prep.

  19. I’d like to print the recipes that I want to make and that I make and like so that I have them, but I don’t see a print option. Did I miss that or can you add that?

    1. Hey babe! Some girls choose to print their plans at their local libraries or Staples. You can also easily save it to your iBooks!
