Cinnamon Date Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4

    cup almond meal

  • 3/4

    cup vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  • 1/2

    tsp baking soda

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    cup dates, pitted

  • 2

    bananas

  • 1

    tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2

    cup egg whites

  • 2

    Tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2

    cup almond milk

  • coconut oil spray

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350.
STEP 2: Combine wet ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
STEP 3: Add in dry ingredients and blend on low until combined.
STEP 4: Spray a mini muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Add batter and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
